Our Story
RocketHockey started when our founder, a longtime hockey player and league commissioner, spent yet another late night wrestling with spreadsheets to generate a schedule. There had to be a better way.
After researching existing solutions, we found that most league management software was either built for massive organizations with enterprise budgets, or too basic to handle real-world complexity. Nothing served the middle—the local youth associations, the beer leagues, the college clubs.
So we built RocketHockey: powerful enough for complex scheduling constraints, simple enough that any volunteer commissioner can use it, and affordable for leagues of any size. From our first beta with a local adult league to serving hundreds of organizations today, we remain committed to the hockey community.
